  • What is your policy on custom and personalized orders?
    All custom and personalized orders are final and non-returnable unless I have made a mistake. I will write the hat with the exact spelling and capitalization you have provided, so please triple check your selections and text before placing an order.


  • What are your additional policies?
    All hats are handmade Care Instructions: These hats are made with care, so please treat them with care. Please do not get them wet or fold them. We are not liable for hat damages after shipment. I reserve the right to refuse any orders for any reason.


  • Do you do group discounts?
    I do. Please message me the number of hats, sequin color, pom pom color, phrases desired, and shipping zip code and I will do my best to work with you.

Product Care

  • How should I care for my hat?
    These hats are made with care, so treat them with care. Please keep hats flat and do not fold them. Do not get the hat wet. If the hat does get wet place it in the sun in a dry spot and do not touch the sequins, it should dry just fine.
  • How do I pack my hat for travel?
    Option 1: Wear the hat and carry it through the airport if you are bringing a soft sided bag. Option 2: Pack the hat in a hard-sided luggage. Lay the hat down and stuff the "head" of the hat with bikinis, pajamas, etc. that won't be wrinkled. Lay paper down over the sequins and keep the sequin section of the hat flat. Layer clothing on top of the hat and it should be good to go.


  • What are the shipping options?
    We offer standard and express shipping, with tracking, using Skynet or TNT. If you prefer DHL, please contact us.
  • What are your shipping policies?
    All shipping is done through skynet world wide or dhl if requested  Once the shipment has been picked up bitsandpiecestogo is no longer responsible for the package and cannot offer refunds or replacements if an order is lost or damaged. Please contact me for information about adding insurance to an order.
  • I need my hat sooner than listed, is that an option?
    I will do everything to work with you to get you your hat on time. Please message me your hat style, phrase, and shipping zip code and I can let you know how soon I can get it to you.
